The aqua mermaid peg doll stands at 6cm high, and has been crafted using a single piece of solid wood. The beautiful mermaid design has then been sketched and intricately handpainted by full-time peg doll artist Jules.

I created a little ‘Fret-Me-Not’ worry doll for my daughter a few years ago when she was struggling to sleep. She kept having bad dreams and would wake up crying out or shouting many nights in a row. My daughter likes to talk to her fret-me-not before she goes to sleep and will tell her all about her day – the good stuff and the stuff that has made her sad, it’s a great way for her to express her feelings in a way that feels safe and non judgmental.
