Item details
Delivered from the sea, to the West Coast of Scotland in the Winter of 2018, this sea timber was discovered on Largs beach, North Ayrshire.
It was brought home and dried out over months, which is when it's character really began to show - as it opened up, welcoming the warm air in preference to the cold grey Scottish sea.
It lent itself very readily to becoming a lamp and was transformed using quality components, aged to compliment it's looks and heritage. It is fully earthed and PAT tested.
The romance and mystery of the sea is captured within this piece, who knows it's story, where it originally came from and when?
It will enhance any modern interior, now giving off a warm atmospheric glow - in preference to it's cold watery past.
