You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Returns Policy We offer a 30 days refund or exchange policy for unused or defective products from the day of delivery. Unused products returned under 30 days must be new and unused, without any odours or stains and in a condition fit for resell. Past 30 days we will only offer to exchange or repair defective products where the damage is not caused by misuse or negligence. We must be able to trace the original order and confirm it was purchased from us at www.mndesigns.co.uk, we do not offer returns or exchanges for carriers purchased from resellers, for these please contact the point of sale. We suggest you use a trackable postage service when returning your product. All returned products must include a return form provided by us which includes a return authorisation number, order number, customer name and address, otherwise we'll be unable to link the return request to the customer. All products will be inspected upon arrival and will be process according to our returns policy, if the product is rejected after inspection then customers will be required to pay for any return postage or make own arrangements for their product to be returned.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
