Formerly an antique restorer & with a love of traditional C19th museum exhibits & 'Cabinet of Curiosity collections. Museum creatures/species were often created using plaster & papier-mâché. Antique examples are now highly prized & collectible.
Unable to afford antique ones myself I began creating alternative EcoArt environmentally & species friendly taxidermy sculptures primarily of papier-mâché, & using mainly recycled paper & wood. So they are a bit like vegan sausages - contain no animal parts!
NB: No actual fish harmed in creating this sculpture.
