Delightful little pink pig stands about 10 cm (4") high. She is made of high quality felt with a wire frame. She wears a beautiful frock made of a vintage embroidered chiffon. There are two of these little animals on offer.They are supplied with little gold threads so they can hang up. They can also be supplied with a wooden stand if you want them to be free standing, just ask when you buy.

They are strictly (well, they do love dancing) decorative items and are not toys. Fabulous presents for anyone who love dancing and dressing up.

I had to take a longer break than expected, back again on the edge of the lovely Lake District.

I have been making little Lakeland animals for a while now. When I found some beautiful felt in just the right colour I had to make some pigs. they turned into sweet-natured little creatures who wanted to party. I had the perfect vintage fabric, given to me from a dressmakers collection. I don't know if it dates from the 1930s or the 1950s but I did know it was just right for my pigs.
