Turquoise is reportedly wonderful for restorative healing so it's the stone of choice to help people.
Lava,stones are wonderful diffusers for essential oils, something like 'Soothe' which is menthol, eucalyptus and other essences can be added to clear your airways. I can supply essential oils too.
