I have used a stool similar to this for over 20 years. I find that I can meditate for longer using my bench, as the angle of the seat takes the strain away from my spine. The legs fold for easy storage or transportation.

The seat is angled forward so that it lowers the front of your pelvis, making your posture not only correct for meditating but also to ensure no strain is put on your spine.

Please note that as each one is hand made and hand decorated by me so, there will be varying patterns and no two stools are the same. Everyone is unique.
The designs are burnt in to the wood.

Size: the seat is 43cm wide x 13cm deep. (17.5 inch x 5 inch) gap between the legs is 30cm wide x 13cm high (12inch x 5.25 inch) it also weighs a bonkersly light 1.3 kg

The pine is finished with linseed oil or, if you choose I can leave the wood untreated so you can wax or stain it to your preference.

My trusty meditation bench is well over 20 years old and was bought from a Buddhist monk. It has been just about everywhere with me. Unfolding it brings about a feeling of calm, which readies me for my meditation.
Mine has no design upon it and it sports lots of bumps and notches from being toted about, but I love it.
I wanted to create something similar but with the addition of some design, hence the mandala - and other - patterns. I hope the decoration makes you feel special and signals the start of moments of peace, enlightenment and tranquility.
