MINI Winter hedgerow birds fabric
Description
A smaller scale version of my nine original winter hedgerow bird designs (waxwing, starling, linnet, yellowhammer, fieldfare, redwing, long-tailed tit, goldfinch, robin) on a strip of 100% cotton fabric. The background is white.
Suitable for all sorts of craft projects including patchwork and quilting. (Note: These designs do not fit exactly into a 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide hexagon (sides approximately 1/2 inch) because of scaling issues)
The quantity of fabric is approximately 1 5/8 inches wide (4.2cm) and 13 1/2 inches long (34.2cm).
Note: The winter hedgerow mini strips are slightly larger than the spring garden fabrics. This will change in the future.
Inspiration
This collection is inspired by birds I’ve seen in hedgerows whilst on winter walks in Northern Ireland where I lived for 14 years.
My aim is to design a collection of bird and plant designs for the four seasons.
