Item details

This is a scene of 3 houses set on the harbour. Cut on a rather scary electric saw, the pieces are made from bits of wood I found hiding in the garage. I paint the details on the houses by hand, creating a 3D effect (At a craft fair I once saw a man trying to 'peel' off a window as he thought I'd stuck it on. This pleased me immensely.)
It measures approximately 14cm wide x 10cm high x 10cm deep.

I like to think of the people that might live in my houses.
Katie lives in the pink house, is very stylish (you can tell by the scarves she wears), she looks out to sea and writes novels. Babs lives in the white house, is afraid of orange cheese and talks to herself a lot. They walk their dogs together and enjoy the odd glass of Prosecco. They haven't a clue who lives in the blue house.
