This is a print of my pen and ink illustration of an artichoke. Printed on quality 230gsm fine art paper using chromalife 100 inks for lightfastness. Print only. The print is A4 and has the latin for artichoke as the title, Cynara Scolymus. Open edition print.

I have always loved botanical art so after completing my set of wildlife portraits, immediately started on a range of botanical prints. I am drawn to the patterns and repetition that constantly appear in nature and the unfolding petals of this artichoke caught my attention. Background colour can be customised to suit existing decor.
