Painted in Fusion Mineral Paints of greys, red and white which are blended in to create this Gothic, moody, eclectic look. The top and sides have been distressed back to reveal the white undercoat and a diluted red was add in parts. The whole piece was coated in a silver and champagne glaze to soften and highlight the paint. It was sealed in varnish. New draw pulls have been added that are quirky to match the theme, including flower, beetle and circular, checkered ones. This is a heavy sturdy table that is totally unique and dramatic!

Overall: Height 149cm, Depth 49 cm (including mirror supports- 4cm, but excluding door pulls), Width 106cm

Condition: It is in good condition but is sold with all the quirks and characteristics of age and pre-ownership (including general wear and tear, very slight foxing on edge of mirror, and a small chip on left hand side, smooth to touch). When I saw this dressing table, it felt Gothic and moody and was crying out to be made over. To enhance this I used dark, yet bold colours to blend to give the spiky, cobweb, electric look. The draw pulls add the finishing touch to this theme (especially the silver beetle ones).
