You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

This listing is for 1 bar of soap which will be beautifully packaged with the option of a gift tag. Additional single items will be packaged in the same box unless requested otherwise, this may incur additional P&P fees. Please note that cold processed, preservative free soap does not like to be kept sitting in water! Keep your soap dry in between uses and it will last a long time. Please let me know at time of purchase if you require gift wrapping (brown kraft paper and matching kraft gift tag) and a short gift tag message (max. 10 words). Please note the fresh parsley in this soap will darken slightly throughout use, this is completely normal. Potential allergens - Limonene, Linalool
