Hand Knitted using a Double Knitting Acrylic Yarn for easy care, this jumper has a simple design worked in a downward stripe in Grey. There are two contrasting Green Bands at lower edge of front and back of sweater

Single ribbing is found at the high neckline, lower edge and cuffs of drop sleeves

The jumper has a front opening fastening with 3 Owl Design Buttons to catch the eye!

Front opening makes the jumper easy to put on over the head and pull off

Knitted to fit age - 2 - 3 years

Chest size - 24" (61 cms)
Length from drop to wrist - 7 1/2" (19 cms)
Length from Shoulder to bottom edge - 12" (30.5 cms)

Can be machine washed on a Wool Wash followed by a gentle tumble dry

I wanted to create a warm jumper which was as attractive as it was warm. The neckline needed to be high to keep out the cold of Winter but had to be easy to put on and take off again. So the idea of buttons and very special buttons which would catch a child's eye was a must - hence the little own buttons. I didn't want a bland jumper so green was introduced and incorporated into the button stitching. I chose a yarn which could be washed and dried easily and the results are in the photographs
