Makers of jams but with a little something unusual added to make a difference. Uninspired with your everyday jams we started to make our own. We soon realised, all we were doing was making a high fruit content jam which we could just as easily buy off any supermarket shelf.

We were looking for something different. Searching the farm shops, fairs and cook books we found most alternatives actually consisted of adding either chillies or ginger to your standard jams. These were often labelled to suggest they were homemade etc. but closer inspection would prove otherwise. Or even worse, using obscure fruits you've barely heard of and don't have a clue what they taste like.

For over a year we took our ideas and put them to the test. Many failed, but a few good ones were discovered giving us a small range of jams we believe offer something new and exciting, without losing themselves to the ridiculous.
