Item details

Hemp is a naturally sustainable plant fibre which is easily grown without the use of pesticides or herbicides and does not negatively impact the environment. It's a hypoallergenic material and will not irritate the skin. The hemp plant fibre has amazing strength and durability enabling the cloths to be long lasting, making it the ultimate reusable cloth. The cloths can be washed in the washing machine (and pulled back into shape when wet as the fabric is stretchy) and composted at the end of their life. The hemp that is used is bought from a British based company. The hemp is unbleached so only available in one colour, but is available in two different sizes. This listing is for the large cloth with approx size min 22cm x 20cm.

Hand knitted by my mum and me. It started as a hobby to make a reusable eco cloth for myself and for friends and family. This has led me on to folksy to provide a more sustainable reusable cloth option for my fellow eco warriors.
