Inspiration
Paul Cezanne, the French Impressionist painter, is a great inspiration to me and I decided to paint a view of our local park bearing his work in mind. I began painting it outdoors but became so overwhelmed with school children staring at me and other people wanting to tell me their life stories that I ended up completing the painting at home.
