This beautiful solid yew table has been brought into modernity with paint, wax and graft. The once-dark and dull legs have been painted with the on-trend warm and deep grey French Linen Chalk Paint whilst the yew table top has been lovingly sanded and waxed to bring out the true lustre and warmth of this stunning piece of wood. To paint the table top would have been sacrilege.
This table will blend in seamlessly with most interior palette and style of room whether it is in a lounge, dining room or conservatory.

This table is part of the Young Upcyclers range of homewear which promotes enterprise in conjunction with my son's GCSE in Business Studies.

The table measures 45 cm square and is 60 cm high and can be collected free of charge or alternatively delivery can be arranged for you. Please feel free to send me a message with your postcode and I will be able to obtain an accurate quote for delivery but I am guessing around £15 for most of the UK.

This solid (comfortably heavy) table put us in a quandary: what was the wood? Call in my Carpenter Brother-in-Law and we've plumed for Yew. It is really really beautiful. I don't normally get emotional over a piece of wood but it really is nice!

My son sanded, painted and waxed this (under my guidance) as he is a member of Young Upcyclers and is testing his entrepreneurial skills whilst studying GCSE Business.
