I based this image on a sketch I made while visiting Cambridge some years back. I've tried in the past to develop the drawing without success so this year decided to take a different approach by using oil pastels and a sharp point. I am happy with this result and I like the way your eye is drawn to the fence and leaves you wondering what is behind the tree line.
