This eating spoon has a beautifully elegant transition between the neck and the traditional egg-shaped bowl. Simple yet functional.

The Cherry wood used for this spoon came from a garden pruning in Cardonald, Glasgow, on the street where I grew up.

Like all of my spoons, this was lovingly hand crafted using only an axe and a couple of knives, before finishing with a coat of linseed oil. I avoid sanding so that the tool marks are left to tell a story. It measures 15.5cm long x 4cm wide, meaning it fits the hand and mouth perfectly.

Your spoon will be wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon before being posted first class.

The Cherry wood used for this spoon came from a garden pruning in Cardonald, Glasgow, on the street where I grew up. It was salvaged from a pile of wood left in the back alley, destined for the Council's garden waste collection.
