I'm a bit of champion of recycling or trying to use natural products. I wanted to make some shopping bags for ages but never liked the stringy one, so I worked out my own design that can be made with sturdy cotton. It's chunky and comfortable on the shoulders and has plenty of room for a trip to the market.
