Lovingly upcycled vintage storage sewing basket with original atomic legs.

This is a plastic weave original 1960’s sewing basket that has been chalk painted in a vivid blue. It has been fully restored and upholstered in Lewis&Irene fabric on the top and inside.
It has a silky fabric lining and upholstery brads on the upper inner lid for decoration.

I loved this Irene &lewis fabric a pop of colour in vivid blue chalk paint to the basket I felt complemented the fabric perfectly. This basket can be used for sewing items or for anything else. It will certainly a little colour to any space :)
