Inspired by nature and in particular by long walks through the woods with my dogs. At the moment the leaves are falling and a bright Acorn caught my eye one day. these are the result.
I like asymmetry and the fact that i have done different images on each glove is a reflection of this.
Part of my inspiration for a range of mittens this year has been to use sayings and nursery rhymes... This one being the proverb "Mighty Oaks from Little Acorns Grow"
