The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Perishable products (like food our spice mix) Digital downloads Returns and exchange details DAMAGED GOODS: I take the greatest care when packaging our products to ensure that they arrive at their destination in one piece. However, in the unlikely event that any of our products arrives damaged, please just send me a photo and I will either provide a refund or replace the item free of charge - whichever you prefer. LOSSES: Although the Royal Mail provides likely delivery times, as ever, there is no guarantee on this and unfortunately, completely out of my control. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks to elapse and then if in the unlikely event your order hasn't arrived, please let me know and I will of course follow it up. EUROPEAN BUYERS Buyers in Europe have the right to return products for any reason by contacting us within 14 days when you receive one of our products. If you decide to return one of our products, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Note: orders must have been remained unopened and sealed after delivery at all times for orders to be returned and to be entitled to receive a refund. Buyers won’t be able to return opened or unsealed types of items.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
