Happy Springtime!
I am selling at the first Festival of Manchester in September 2018 and designed this print to celebrate Platt Fields Park with its beautiful heart shaped lake where the festival is taking place. It's been a regular haunt of mine since my student days and is my all time favourite park. Mancunian poet Mike Garry wrote a poem about it which has been beautifully painted on to one of the buildings within the park. It is regularly used for festivals, fairs and special events by diverse communities of Mancunians. Truly a People's Park.
