EARTH MOTHER • GREAT EXPECTATIONS ! This was my first Creation, nearly 15 years ago. I suffered from terrible anxiety when pregnant with my first baby, so scared and excited all at the same time. I was quite lonely and spent a lot of time being creative to keep myself busy. So whilst sat heavily pregnant thinking about what I wished for my unborn child, moulding the clay to form the shape of a swollen pregnant tummy. My mind focused on all the expectations and dreams I had for my child as she grew. This was my creation I loved it and it’s had pride of place in my home since then. I hope she brings as much joy and happiness and moments of deep thought to all that own her. These are all hand made by myself in my home in cornwall around being a busy mummy to 5 children.
