I love rummaging through remnant bins and charity shops for pretty things to upcycle or make something from. This fabric jumped out at me from a fabric bin in my local charity shop - it practically begged me to make it into a pretty little skirt! The lady at the till told me that the fabric had only just arrived - an elderly lady had cleared out her fabric stash just that morning - lucky me!
