I just love this little dish. I had seen this technique described in one of my text books, and I quite often spend quiet early morning walks with Cassie, our 6-month old puppy, planning what to make during the day ahead. So while enjoying a very early walk, and listening to the buzzards calling overhead, I collected a variety of leaves from the hedgerows. I'm now inspired to make a much bigger piece, so watch this space !
