You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Returns and exchange details Please note that all pieces are hand-crafted and, consequently, may have minor anomalies, which will, hopefully, only add to their charm. As a consequence, refunds are not usually offered unless the item is lost or damaged. However, each case will be dealt with on an individual basis. For non-faulty items no refund will be considered after 30 days from the purchase date of the said item. Please note that refunds cannot be given for any personalised, made to order or custom made items. Damaged items: All items are securely packaged prior to shipping. In the unlikely event that an item is received in a damaged state it would be most helpful if images could be taken and forwarded to me, allowing me to proceed with your claim. Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your package when a mutually agreeable solution may then be reached. Lost items: Our items are dispatched by Royal Mail. Please refer to the Post Office website for estimated delivery times for each given delivery service. Unfortunately, these are only guidelines and delays do occur. Vintage Taylor Maid cannot be held responsible for the late arrival of any item. However, if you are at all concerned that your item has been lost in transit, please contact me, so that the Post Office may then be informed and an investigation begun. In certain circumstances, if it appears that your item is lost, you will be offered the choice of a replacement (if possible), or a refund. Please ensure your stated delivery address is correct. Vintage Taylor Maid cannot be held responsible for items lost as a result of an incorrect delivery address being provided. Refunds/Replacements: Yes, we are only human and sometimes (very rarely), we get it wrong! If this is the case and you don't receive what you have asked for, you may be offered a refund or a replacement (whichever is best for you). However, we will need proof that the order has been actioned incorrectly, so will ask for images to be forwarded to us first.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
