Inspiration comes from all around us. Living in the countryside just a stones through from the South Downs and the Sussex Coast means that I am spoilt for ideas. I have always collected interesting leaves on walks in the countryside. These are then put in a flower press and dried. I am a member of the Society of Botanical Artists, work for their exhibitions must be botanically correct.
