Thank you for viewing my shop. I am an established Professional Potter / Ceramicist based in Stoke Newington, London N16. My work is mainly wheel thrown one off unique items, all hand made and glazed, please note some variations do occur, this is a feature, not a fault.
This is a wheel thrown durable stoneware Jug. It has been glazed on the inside and the top edge with shiny Tin white glaze. The outside has been hand painted with mid grey glaze and a band of the bare sandy clay has been left at the lower part of the jug to contrast with the shiny glazes. The clay shows through the glaze in some areas. My unique Potters stamp appears on the base. It is 14 cm high. Ideal table centrepiece
My unique Potters stamp and N16 the postcode of where it was made appear on the base..
This is a shape that resembles and evolved from the orders I made for the Conran shops several years ago. It is a one off unique item and has been glazed with a mixture of medium and pale greys.
