This jewellery hanger has 6 hooks and has been crafted from a recycled cheese board. It is handpainted in a butterfly design in watercolours.

Useful for hanging necklaces and earrings, it could also be used to store other small items, e.g. suitcase and other keys.

This jewellery hanger would make an unusual present for a birthday, anniversary or just for fun.

We wanted to try making something out of a recycled cheese board so we hand painted butterflies in watercolours.

The process of securing the hooks was challenging because the wood wasn't solid, it was layers of thin wood stacked to make the cheese board so it was hard to screw the hooks in.

This jewellery hanger also has holes in the sides so you can add more hooks as we weren't sure that 6 hooks would be enough.
