This unique, contemporary, hand-painted piece of art work uses a complimentary grey, white and yellow colour scheme.

Painted in acrylics on recycled scaffold board, we love the way the knots of wood show through the paint.

Grey colour schemes are still extremely popular and this is a great piece to add some texture, colour and interest to your home or office space.

Painting dimensions are approximately 20cm high by 9.5cm wide.

This piece of abstract art was inspired by nature. I was inspired by the harshness of the weather when the Beast from the East struck back in March 2018 and created this abstract painting, having been hemmed in for about 3 days. The yellow represents the sky and the greys and whites the horizon and landscape around me. I guess it also reflected my mood at the time but I really love the way the knots in the recycled wood show through, which adds so much texture and character to the piece.
