This gorgeous child’s tartan waistcoat used to be a woollen skirt! It’s full of character - with a purple lining and pin striped back . The belt closes with a buckle and can be adjusted . The chest measure 66cm . The length is 38cm to waistcoat point. It is roughly the size to fit a 4-7 year old .
