The Springer Spaniel design was hand cut from my own photo taken of my dog and then hand printed using back block printing ink onto printed on recycled white card.

The card is left blank inside for your own message so it is suitable for all occasions and is a unisex design.

The card size is approx. 15cm x 10.5cm (6x4") and comes complete with a white envelope. Both card and envelope are inside a protective bio-degradable cellophane bag which can be composted at home or in an industrial composter.

Each card is individually printed by hand so there are slight variations in the cards. Each unique card is signed in pencil and has my maker's stamp on the reverse.

I love a character and Jack my Springer Spaniel is a lively, loving dog who makes a beautiful subject for my photos. I decided to make one of the photos (where he is excited to have arrived at a place for a walk and is telling me he wants to go play ball!) into a linocut.

I print the cards individually so every one is slightly different as it is a hand printed item.
