Noisette is a collectable mouse form my 'Ville Mice' collection. She wears a Tilda fabric dress with a hand embroidered collar. Her mousey head is kept nice and cosy under her nut brown bonnet, hand knitted in fine Merino wool with matching mittens and coordinating pom-poms. She carries a hand stitched satchel with straps and her delicate mousey feet are protected by a fine pair of lace-up boots. Noisette is button jointed with antique french buttons purchased in the actual Ville that inspired the mice. She is 20 cms tall and is designed to be admired, not to be played with.

Noisette and her family live on the edge of the Ville and manage the enormous Walnut orchards. Noisette likes nothing more than playing beneath the gnarly trees as the warm sun casts shadows over the spring buds. When I say there is nothing more she likes, well, that's not entirely true. Her favourite pastime is nuts in general. She knows every nut there is and what you can make with it. Be it nut cordial, nut paste, nut oil, nut jam, nut sandwiches, nut necklaces, earrings, shoes...the list in endless. If you adopt Noisette, I'm sure she will keep you well informed as to the latest nut trends.
