I am very fortunate to live on the edge of Salisbury Plain and often see hares, especially at this time of the year. I have always been fascinated by the image of the moon gazing hare and the folklore that surrounds it. I enjoy putting my own interpretation of this ancient image and incorporating aspects from the countryside in this part of the country.
