I love the patterns that frost makes ... as a child it was on the inside of the single glassed windows and I would melt the frost feathers with my fingers. Now I look down from the double-glazed, centrally heated, front bay on to the roofs of the cars in the street and smile at the feathers and diamonds of frost whilst I stay cosy!
