You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
All returns are at discretion of the Seller. In the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty. The Seller should be notified and item returned within 14 days of receipt of damaged item. Returns should be made if the item is damaged. Damages will be refunded once item has been received back to the seller at the buyers own postal cost/risk. All items are dispatched through Royal Mail or courier, any items lost or damaged in the post should be notified to the seller. All loses/Damages by Royal mail/Courier have to comply with their guidelines on lost/Damaged mail. Loses/Damages to be reported to Seller, and damages returned to seller. Seller may ask for evidence in the first instance of reported damage. This will be photo evidence of the condition of item and packaging received by the buyer. Items made to order, customised or made to your specification will only be accepted as a return if item arrives damaged. Custom orders, made to order items or items made to your specification will be refunded once received back from the buyer. Returns of these items are at the buyers own cost/risk.
