I love the beautiful yellow colour of my Felt Bag collection. I have made this new hand made
100%Wool Felt Bag in a stunning yellow as it's such a bright and cheerful colour.. For a little contrast I have used a lovely charcoal grey marl wool felt, on both the side edges and the base, and to compliment the two colours I have added a pair of black leather handles.
There is a front pocket as well as a pocket inside in a grey and white cotton polka dot fabric..
The bag closes with a metal magnetic snap fastener to keep the contents secure. On the base there are 4 metal bag feet to keep it free from soiled surfaces.
The bag measures approx. W 30 cm x H 33 cm by D 10 cm.
The handles are approx 60 cm long.
The bag can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth.
This lovely bag would brighten anyone's day, and make an ideal Xmas Gift for that special lady, or maybe a special gift Xmas to yourself.

I wanted to use a pretty bright colour to remind me of the coming Spring, and what better colour than this stunning yellow just like all the pretty daffodils and the beautidul primroses which we can now see in abundance in our gardens, in the parks , and even on the roadside and in the hedgerows.
Think of all those little yellow Easter chicks which we all adore especially the little children who love their fluffy yellow feathers. And don't we all love the picnics spent outdoors in the sunshine with everything laid out on a pretty yellow and white gingham tablecloth, all happy reminders of the sunny days to come in the beautiful springsunshine.
These are some of the delightful images I thought of whilst making this gorgeous bag, and it gave me that wonderful burst of happiness with thoughts of warmer, sunnier days to come.
