You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

I gladly accept returns and exchanges: You can contact me within 14 working days of delivery. Ship items back within 28 working days of delivery. If work on your personalised item has not yet begun, I will do my best to refund your order in full or as much as possible. Please be aware, I have to pay certain percentage to the platform and other agencies due to cancellation of an order, and in this case, fees arising from it will be deducted from your refund. Refunds Refunds will be given for unwanted items (except customs and personalised items) if posted back to me in new and unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Buyers must pay the postage in these cases and must also obtain the proof of delivery. Custom or personalised orders and items can't be returned or exchanged, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged/defective or loss. In this case, postage for the return will also be refunded. Please remember to send me a photo of the problem when you contact me.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
