You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

As items are hand made, they do not comply to any manufacturing standards. The items are made as an artistic piece and have a specific look that is intentional to the design by the artist. The items are not mass produced on heavy machinery therefor will vary form piece to piece in some instances. As items are of an artistic value they should be deemed as so when using, not to be assumed to the same strengths as a manufactured product conforming to ISO's. All pieces are made with the utmost care and attention to detail and strength is added where need to an appropriate degree in order to make the item fit for purpose. Items that have glass are all checked before postage, and any packages arriving broken will be posted covered by insurance to the value of sale. Returns will not be accepted for unwanted pieces (unless in certain circumstances) due to the items being sold as seen, once the item has been bought you have agreed that the sale is final. This is due to the items being photographed in 20 MP resolution showing the intended condition or look of the piece. No items will be refunded for change of mind as it is not in the interest of the artist to have one off pieces of art in transit for more than is necessary that cannot be replaced. Any items that require a partial build will come with the appropriate instructions and no liability accepted for miss assembling.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
