You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Items are posted within 1-2 days of ordering by 1st class signed in the UK and 1st class tracked and signed international. Please be aware I am not responsible for delays in shipping that may arise due to postal strikes or busy times such as Christmas. That the expected arrival time is an indication of when the item should arrive and not necessarily when it will. Buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes that may apply, I am also not responsible for any delays due to customs Refunds are given within 2 weeks of receiving the item, please notify my via email if this is the case. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost, if the item is not returned in its original packaging and condition buyers are responsible for any loss of value. Any refunds will be issued on return of goods. In the unlikely event you wish a refund, replacement, or exchange faulty goods I ask you to email me with photos of the damaged item. Damage occurred in transit can be refunded once goods have been returned, return postage will be refunded also. Faulty goods do not include items that have been misused or mishandled, anything which has become damaged as a result of the buyers incorrect handling of the product. Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
