Hand crafted, Empire Waist Fairy Princess dress.

Enhance your special day and help your child to enjoy their own magical fantasy wearing a dress fit for a Fairy or a Princess!

Wedding? Birthday? Family Do? Do you want something unique and not high street chain? A dress no-one else at the party will be wearing? Photo Shoot? Capture the moment with your little one wearing a hand crafted whimsical Patchwork Fairy creation!

The empire line bodice of this dress has been crocheted in the round from Egyptian Cotton for a luxurious, soft, natural feel on the skin. It is a slip on style and does not have a back opening. The pretty, floaty skirt is made from soft tulle, mainly lemon with some pink and gold strands. The dress is hand finished with a double row of pink and white chiffon roses around the empire line waist.

This dress should fit children around 12 - 18 months but as all children grow at different rates please refer to the measurements below when deciding whether to purchase.

Bodice measures 44 (17in) around
Armholes are 7cm (3in)from shoulder to base of armhole
The skirt is 45cm (17.75 in) at the longest point.

Please note the tulle is not supposed to be all the same length. The varying lengths of the tulle give the dress the full and floaty look. Strands of tulle may crinkle up when storing or wearing the dress which often enhances the look!

Strands of tulle may crinkle up when storing or wearing the dress which often enhances the look but if you prefer all the tulle to fall straight down you just 'comb' it out with your fingers. You can also spray the tulle with cool water mixed with a small bit of fabric conditioner to reduce the static.

The individual strands of tulle can be sponged with cool water for cleaning or the whole dress can be hand washed by gently swishing in cool water using a mild detergent suitable for delicate items. Either dry flat or hang carefully, well supported on a hanger, and shape whilst still damp.
