You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Please be assured that each item is made with lots of love, care and attention to detail and it is important to me that you enjoy my products as much as I enjoy making them. After placing your order you have 24 hours to cancel if you have changed your mind. In the unlikely event of you not being satisfied with the product you have purchased from me you can return the item within fourteen days of receipt but items must remain unused. Products that have been used are non-refundable. All the items are ready to ship in 1 to 2 business days after payment has been received. If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, I will gladly replace it with another one if photographic evidence is received and I am contacted within 3 days of receipt. Postage payable for returning any order is the customers responsibility and is not refundable unless the item purchased has been damaged in transit or the product is faulty. All items for delivery in the U.K are sent by Royal Mail.
