Stunning hand painted silver birch cushion with added sparkle. Silver and white birch trees stand out against a black background, with a subtle glitter effect added over the top. Complete with a plump feather filled cushion pad. Cushion measures 40cm x 40cm (16" x 16"). Hand washable.

I love nothing better than walking through the woods with my dog, and there's something magical about silver birch trees with their ghostly white bark, especially against a dark background. I've kept the brush strokes quite painterly so as to suggest the essence of the trees without getting bogged down in the detail. The added sparkle gives a mysterious edge and lifts the cushion out of this world! Or perhaps it's a gentle frost adorning the bark on a crisp morning? Bring a little nature in to your monochromatic scheme this winter. All you'll need is a big snuggly blanket and a mug of hot cocoa to complete the look.
