How to order

1. Place your order and complete checkout.

2. We will send you details of where you email your personalised details and photo to.

Please include your ebay ID or order number.

3. We will then design your Selfie Frame.

4. We normally require 3-5 working days to produce your frame, plus deliveries are usually made by Ebays Shutl on a 3-5 day service. You can upgrade your delivery to a next day service if the order is urgent.

5. If you require a proof this will extend the production lead time.

Please note that the above information are estimated timeframes only, and that all items will usually require a signature upon delivery.

If you have specific deadlines, please make sure that these are clearly communicated and acknowledged back to you at the order stage and we will do our very best to meet them.

We cannot accept returns on any personalised items.
