This is a pair of pieces of genuine, English sea glass from Seaham Beach, both in beautiful colours, best appreciated against a light source as shown. The piece to the left has a groove to one side as can be seen in photos, otherwise both in good condition. The piece to the right is a layered multi.
The 5p coin is for size comparison.

Thanks for lookin
All of the sea glass in my listings has been collected from Seaham beach and is a legacy of the bottleworks which was in operation in the town from 1853 until 1921. It is believed that, at the end of the working day, unwanted glass was discarded into the sea and, having been surf-tumbled by the waves of the North Sea for so many decades, some glass can still be found washed ashore today.
