Sterling silver sea glass earrings
Description
Stunning earrings made with soft blue-tone sea glass. The hand formed bails are made with 0.8mm sterling silver wire. The extra-long earring wires are also made from sterling silver and fasten with a small hook.
(Earring wire length is approx. 46mm)
Inspiration
Also known as ‘Mermaids tears’, sea glass is both a product of man and nature and as such each piece of sea glass is unique. Naturally worn & polished by waves, any imperfections are created by nature & only add to the beauty & charm of the piece.
My sea glass is a combination of pieces I have found myself on my local beaches at Morecambe & Half Moon Bay along with pieces purchased from a lady who sells seaglass she collects from her home near Seaham beach.
