You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

Items will be shipped upon our receiving confirmation of payment. You will be contacted on receipt of your payment to let you know when to expect dispatch. Shipping days are usually Thursday or Friday. If you need an item quickly, please let us know & we will do our best to ship as soon as possible. UK ORDERS: All items are posted First Class with Royal Mail or via a courier, depending on the size of your order. If your order is trackable, we will send you the tracking information once the order is dispatched. All parcels have a proof of posting receipt, but we do not use a tracking service, due to the high costs in relation to the goods. If you require that your order is signed for upon delivery please email us and we can inform you of any additional costs. UK First Class mail should arrive within 3 business days from shipping date. If an order does not arrive within 2 weeks please let us know and we will look into it. Please allow extra time around holiday periods or if you have a deadline. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Airmail should take 5-7 working days but can sometimes take up to 3 weeks especially at busy times. Unfortunately there isn't a faster way of sending orders, see below for information on tracked services.

 TRACKING: Your order will be posted using standard first class or airmail, therefore I am unable to provide a tracking number for you. If you require tracking please let me know before placing your order and I can inform you of the extra cost. IMPORT DUTIES/TAXES: Please be aware that any import taxes are to be paid by the customer. Please read the product descriptions thoroughly. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your item, please don't hesitate to contact us within 7 days of purchase to arrange the return of the goods. Once we have received the goods in their original condition, a replacement or refund can be made. Buyer pays return postage. If an order arrives damaged or faulty, please send photographic proof of the damage and it will be replaced or all costs refunded. We cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post, but should this happen we will try our best to rectify the situation. Please ensure that you check and use the correct delivery address before submitting your order.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
