I acquired this piece some time ago and had it sitting in the corner of my studio waiting for me to decide what to do with it.
It was in a pretty sad state when I found it but I couldn't resist the unusual shape and the 'cuteness' of its size.
The shape eventually pushed me down the Art Deco route as the top works so well with the popular 'fan' designs of that era. I also couldn't resist adding some typography and the quote fits the piece so well, "If you can not do great things, do small things in a great way"...
suits the cabinet and suits my philosophy!
